1. Who it covers

Clients on Growth ($487 a month) and Dominate ($887 a month). It doesn’t cover Essential. The Google Profile plan has its own review guarantee.

2. When the 100 days start

The clock starts once both of these have happened: your first payment clears, and we receive a list of at least 20 past customers (name plus mobile or email).

3. What we measure against

Your baseline is your enquiries over the same calendar days last year, agreed in writing when you sign up.

No history from last year? Your baseline is your first 30 days live, adjusted for your trade’s busy and quiet seasons, agreed with you at signup.

4. What counts as an enquiry

• Call taps on your Google profile.
• Call taps on your website.
• Website forms and quote requests.
• Google booking or quote requests.
• Facebook and Instagram messages, where we manage those pages.
• Calls and forms from ads we run.

Missed calls count. Spam doesn’t. The same person on the same day counts once.

Views, visits, clicks, directions requests and taps on a “Text us” button don’t count.

5. Ads at our cost

We may run ads at our cost to help you get there. Every enquiry is reported to you with its source, so you always know where it came from.

6. If we miss it

• Your 4th month is refunded.
• If you’re on Growth, you move up to Dominate free.
• We keep working free until you hit it.

7. Pauses

The clock pauses for things outside our control: Google suspends your profile, your business is closed, or we can’t reach you.

Tell us before you change your phone number, your business name or access to your Google profile, or start running your own ads.

8. Ending

Cancelling your plan ends the guarantee. One guarantee per business.

9. Your rights

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
