How do I actually get started?

How long does the whole process take?
Most tradies go from first contact to a live website within about a week. You’ll have a draft to look over within 48 hours, and once you approve it, it’s live within 7 days of signing up.
Do I really see my website before I pay anything?
Yes — that’s the whole point of how we work. We build the real, finished site first. If you don’t love it, you don’t pay and you walk away, no deposit and no risk.
What do you actually need from me?
Just the basics — your trade, the areas you work in, your contact details, and a handful of job photos. We handle the design and write the content around that; you don’t need to write a word yourself if you don’t want to.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. It’s month-to-month, always. We’d rather keep earning your business every month than trap you in paperwork.
What if I’m not happy once we’re live?
There’s no lock-in, so you’re never stuck. We’ll work to make it right, and you can leave any time.
Can I make changes to my site later?
