Our prices are low on purpose. The more Aussie tradies we get on board, the more we can keep costs down for everyone. Most companies pour that growth budget into faceless online advertising. We’d rather put it in the pockets of the accountants, business managers and tradies who already know and trust us.
That’s why this page shows exactly what you earn and how. No vague “competitive commissions”. The actual numbers are right below.

When they join, we ask who referred them. They give your name and you’re credited.

Rewards land in four stages over their first 12 paid months. We chase it up, not you.

No setup fee, half price first month
No build fee and no setup cost, and their first month on the plan is half price. Then the normal monthly rate, from $237 a month.

Stages count paid months only, so a refunded or free month doesn’t count and that payout lands on the next paid month. Payments stop if the client leaves, and nothing already paid is ever taken back. Custom plans are rewarded at the Growth rate.
Volume bonuses

Bonuses stack: hit 20 Growth referrals and you collect all four, $2,500 in total. Each is paid once those clients have stayed a full 12 months. They’re tracked separately for Essential and Growth or Dominate referrals, and stop increasing once you pass 20 qualifying referrals in that package.

Referrer, 0 to 24 referrals
Your per client rewards on everyone you bring in, plus volume bonuses that stack from your 5th referral. Up to $2,500 in bonuses across 20 Growth referrals.
Partner, 25 to 49
Once your clients finish their 12 month reward cycle, earn 10% of their monthly revenue for as long as they stay.
Senior Partner, 50 to 74
Your residual rate climbs to 15%. A second income stream built from work you’ve already done.
Executive Partner, 75 to 99
You’re one of our biggest growth drivers, and your share climbs to 20%.
Top Partner, 100 and up
25% ongoing residual. Refer 100 Growth clients and you’re looking at roughly $146,100 a year in residual income alone.

When exactly do I get paid?
In four stages over their first 12 paid months. Essential pays at sign up, then paid months 3, 6 and 12. Growth and Dominate pay at their 2nd payment, then paid months 3, 6 and 12. We track it and reach out, so you don’t have to chase anything.
What if my referral cancels early?
You keep everything you’ve already earned. You just won’t receive the later milestone payments if they leave before reaching them.
Does this make me an employee of 5 Star Tradie?
No. Partners are independent and work on their own time and terms.
Do I need an ABN to get paid?
No. Partners are referring people they know, not running a business, so no ABN is needed. You confirm this when you sign up. Full detail is in the Partner terms.
What if two people refer the same client?
Whoever the client names as their referrer when they sign up gets the credit. First name given, no splitting.
Is there any cost to become a Partner?
None. Joining is free, there’s no minimum number of referrals and no ongoing obligation.
Does my referral get anything out of it too?
Yes. On top of no setup fee, whoever you refer gets their first month on the plan at half price. We apply it to their first invoice when they name you.
