Google Profile terms

1. Price

$137 a month in AUD, charged monthly in advance by card through Stripe. No GST is added as we’re not registered for GST. We give you 30 days’ notice before any price change.

2. No minimum term

Cancel any time by text or email. Cancelling stops the next charge. Apart from the review guarantee in clause 5, no refunds for part months already started.

3. What’s included each month

• Profile check and fixes.
• Up to 2 photo posts a week using your photos.
• Replies to your Google reviews.
• Review requests to your customer list, with no monthly limit. We space them out so your reviews come in steadily rather than all at once.
• Small changes on request (hours, closures, a new service), with no monthly limit.
• A monthly report.

The first month also includes a full profile rebuild.

4. Our work promise

If in any calendar month we don’t do the work listed above, that month is free. This doesn’t apply to work we couldn’t do because we didn’t have the photos, access or information we asked for.

5. Review guarantee

You get at least 1 new 5 star Google review within 60 days of us receiving your customer list, or we refund the fees you paid us in those 60 days. Beyond that 1 review, we don’t guarantee the number of reviews, rankings or calls.

6. What we can’t promise

Google decides rankings, calls and whether reviews stay up. Apart from the review guarantee in clause 5, we don’t guarantee a position, number of calls or number of reviews. Google can suspend or change profiles for reasons outside our control.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Your Google profile stays yours

You stay the owner and add us as a manager. You can remove us any time. If you ask us to step away, we remove our access within 7 business days.

8. Your permission

You give us permission to edit your Google Business Profile, publish posts and photos, and reply to reviews on your behalf.

For the first 4 weeks we show you before anything goes live. After that, routine posts and replies to positive reviews go out without asking. We always check with you before replying to a negative review.

9. Photos

You confirm you own the photos you send us or have the right to use them, including photos we take from your Facebook or Instagram. We won’t use them in our own marketing without asking you separately in writing.

10. Your customers’ details

Only send us customers who’ve had a job done and who you’ve told will get a feedback text.

We use their name and number only to send review requests in your business name. We never use them for our own marketing, and we never sell them.

Every text has an opt out and we honour it. We delete customer details when you ask, or within 30 days of you cancelling. Our Privacy Policy explains more.

11. Liability

Apart from rights you can’t exclude under the Australian Consumer Law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.

12. Agreeing

Paying the first invoice, or replying “I agree”, means you accept these terms.
